Background
Dr. LaVake earned his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and his M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota. He has spent over two decades as a business professional, primarily in banking and finance, developing an acute understanding of the corporate environment. His doctoral work focused primarily on organizational behavior; his current research includes organizational culture, leadership, and change management. He is a member of the Academy of Management, and serves as Faculty Advisor for the campus chapter of Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda (PBL).
