Dr. Iversen's expertise is in software process improvement, including requirements management, project planning, project management, risk management, metrics, maturity assessments. He has taught seminars and workshops in these areas, and has conducted research in a number of different companies. Dr. Iversen's research aims at studying and improving software development processes in collaboration with companies.
