Office Hours


Background

Dr. Philip has an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. His expertise is in software design and development of business applications using a variety of tools, including Oracle, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic and Active Server Pages, and in database design. He was a consultant for 15 years with the Koehn Institute where he taught seminars in these areas and designed and supervised development of software for several organizations in the Fox Valley.
