Dr. Feinauer earned his B.A., M.L.H.R., and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. His research and consulting interests include change and conflict management, compensation/performance appraisal, employee empowerment/team building, business process reengineering, family business succession planning, strategic planning, meeting facilitation, and the role of boards of directors in management of organizations.

Engages in volunteer consulting with many local not-for-profit organizations. Has assisted over 150 public, private and governmental organizations nation wide. Formerly: President of the Omro Schools Board of Education; President of the UW Oshkosh Faculty Senate; President of the Winnebago County Association for Retarded Citizens; Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Evergreen Manor Retirement Community, and formerly Vice-President of the Board of CitizensFirst Credit Union. In addition Dale serves on the board of several for-profit businesses.
