Background
Dr. Cotti earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, his M.P.A. from the Robert La Follette School of Public Policy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has taught labor economics, health economics (undergraduate and MBA), statistics, econometric methods, and graduate level managerial economics.
