Background
Dr. Lilly earned his B.S. from The Ohio State University and his M.B.A. from Northwestern. He spent eight years in industry and has been involved in numerous marketing and operations projects. Bryan's research focuses on product development, marketing strategy, customer research, database marketing, executive education training in marketing ROI. He is CPIM certified, through APICS, is a member of the American Marketing Association, and serves as an officer for Sales and Marketing Professionals of Northeast Wisconsin.
