Dr. Sridhar earned his M.A. from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and his M.B.A. from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Association of International Business and the American Society for Training and Development.
As a senior personnel executive in multinational corporations, Dr. Sridhar has practiced all facets of human resource management. He is a consultant and trainer in strategic planning, cross-cultural management, leadership, team building and organizational development.
