Dr. Desai earned his Ph.D. from the University of Memphis, Memphis, TN, his MBA from the University of Wyoming, Laramie, WY, and his B. Com from the University of Pune, Pune, India. Prior to coming to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, he worked in the Human Resources Management Dept. of the Indian Hotels Co. Ltd., Bombay, India, and in the logistics area with Finolex Cables Ltd., Pune, India. He has taught Business Policy and Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the undergraduate level and Strategic Thinking and Organizational Theory & Design at the masters level.
