Background

Dr. Manikas earned his B.S. from Michigan State University in Computer Science, his M.B.A. from Michigan State University in Materials and Logistics Management, and his Ph.D. from The Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to returning to pursue his doctorate, he was an instructor for supply chain optimization courses for i2 Technologies. Prior to this, he worked as a management consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick, CSC, and Deloitte Consulting where he was a Senior Manager. He has over 15 years of industry consulting experience performing business process reengineering, shop floor redesign, ERP implementation, and project management. His current research involves supply coordination to increase the expected profit of all players in a value chain.
