Background
Dr. Kovzik earned his BA at Belarus State University, Minsk Belarus with a major in political economy. Prior to coming to UW Oshkosh in 2000 Dr. Kovzik taught at the University of Applied Sciences, Osnabrueck, Germany, Belarus State University, and has been a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
