Diane Roundy

Diane received her MBA from UW Oshkosh in 1992. Her career spans more than 20 years, first in banking, and for the past 11 years, in the public accounting industry. She serves as Director of Business Development for Schenck, SC, one of the largest CPA firms in the state with 8 offices and more than 500 employees. In this role, she provides strategic direction for Schenck's business development efforts. She led the development of "The Schenck Way," a set of client service standards for employees at all Schenck offices. In addition to her responsibilities at Schenck, Diane serves on the boards of directors of the Green Bay Packers, Denmark State Bank, Girl Scouts of Northwestern Great Lakes, and the Green Bay Area of Commerce Group Purchasing.
She served as president of The Women's Fund of Greater Green Bay and played a key role in launching the Fund. Her recognition includes: the Wisconsin Business Person of the Year from the Future Business Leaders of America, the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Athena Award, the Professional Achievement Award from Management Women and the Young Businesswoman of the Year from Business and Professional Women. She was also named one of the "20 + 10 People You Should Know" by the Bay Business Journal in 2010.
Russ Weyers

Russ received his BBA from UW Oshkosh in 1981. In 1995, Russ joined Johnson Bank and began his career as a senior commercial lender and is now Chief Executive Officer.
He has helped build Johnson Bank from a southeastern Wisconsin community bank with roughly 400 employees to one that is nationally recognized as a fortune 100 Great Place to Work, with locations across the state of Wisconsin and in Arizona with nearly 1300 associates. He is a strong, decisive leader and strategic thinker.
Russ is a member of the Board of Directors and immediate past chairman of the Wisconsin Bankers Association. He is past Chairman of Leadership Racine, an organization designed to recruit promising leaders and help prepare them for positions of public influence and decision-making in the Racine area. Russ is also the former chairman of Racine County Economic Development Corporation, a private, non-profit organization created in 1983 to build and maintain a strong economic base in Racine County. He also served as past president on the Racine Zoological Society Board of Directors, which provides for the recreation and education of the people, the conservation of wildlife and wild places, and the advancement of science.
