Welcome to the UW Oshkosh Children's Learning and Care Center
The UW Oshkosh Children's Learning and Care Center provides quality child care in Oshkosh for newborns through eight years of age, and is open to faculty, staff, students and the community!
The center, located at 608 Algoma Blvd. in the newly renovated Lincoln Hall on the UW Oshkosh campus on the corner of Wisconsin Ave. and is open throughout the calendar year.
The Center will be closed on the following holidays when other University offices are closed: New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The Center will also be closed one day in August (to be determined) for Staff Professional Development.
The facility will be open from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. on weekdays only. Half-day care is available from 7 a.m. –1 p.m.
or noon – 6 p.m. for all child care contracts. Full-day childcare is a maximum of 10 hours/day between
7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Fees and Weekly Rates
There is an annual registration fee of $25 per family. This fee will be charged in September of every year or when the family enters into a child care contract with the Center, and once a year thereafter in September.
Child Care for 5 Days per Week:
Morning hours are 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Afternoon hours are Noon – 6 p.m.

What We Do
We have an AM and PM four year old kindergarten classroom (Ready 4 Learning,R4L) that meets Monday thru Friday. We also have a 3 Year Old Integrated Early Childhood classroom that meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Both the R4L and 3s EC classrooms are in collaboration with the Oshkosh Area School District.
