To
Enroll
Forms should be turned
in as early as possible in the semester prior to the session in
which you need child care. Scheduling is done on a first-come,
first-served basis, with students having financial aid receiving
first priority. Faculty/staff are accepted after the student priority
deadlines.
To enroll your child
you will need the Policies and Procedures Packet. Please read
the this packet carefully as it contains important information
concerning our program-purpose, philosophy, health, safety, discipline,
transitioning, program, staffing, fees, etc.
The Enrollment Form
for all children needs to be returned to us promptly to acquire
a spot in the first come, first serve pool. (On the second page
of the Student Enrollment form, you need to list your schedule
for the days and times you are requesting care. Please fill this
out completely - including class name, building name, room number,
work location, etc). You will be contacted approximately one month
prior to the beginning of a session concerning acceptance.
