Kids-KARE
After school clinic for families with no health insurance or high
deductibles with their insurance. Provides health care exams for
school and sports; treatment of illnesses and infections; if needed,
prescription medications are provided at no cost.

Free Health Clinic
Free non-emergency medical, dental, and vision care to people
without medical assistance or insurance and within 165% of poverty
level. Must reside in Fond du Lac County.
Waushara
County Health Department
Provide health checks to individuals age birth to 21 who receive
medical assistance.
Immunization program
done every month in the following counties: Coloma, Wild Rose,
Poy Sippi, Plainfield, Redgranite, and Wautoma.

This grant program targets families with children six and under
