Chancellor Wells shakes hands with Marlin Spoonhunter, Interim President of Wind River Tribal College. In 2005, UW Oshkosh signed an agreement with Wind River Tribal College in Ethete, Wyoming that helps the college earn academic accreditation while increasing the opportunities for students and staff at both institutions.
