Project Management Partners:
United States Department of Labor Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA)
CCDET developed curriculum and provides safety training for "green" industries, as a part of an OSHA project. This training project was in partnership with Wisconsin wind energy companies, and is wholly funded by a US Department of Labor - OSHA Susan Harwood Training Grant #SH-21009-10-60-F-55. It provides training and educational programs for employers and workers to help them recognize, avoid and prevent safety and health hazards in their workplaces.
Community Based Residential Facilities Training Registry Services (CBRF)
Under a contract with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Bureau of Assisted Living, CCDET assisted in creating a project to provide training approval related services in four core areas of CBRF resident care staff education. Through this project, CCDET has developed and maintained two databases, one for the newly approved trainers and recertified trainers eligible to teach the four required topical courses and the second for CBRF resident care staff members who have successfully completed each of the four required topical courses.
