CCDET provides services by contract, either short or long term. Contracting with CCDET offers an efficient, flexible and cost effective way for organizations to accomplish specific tasks and projects. We have found that the process can be especially effective for clients facing reduced budgets or staffing constraints.

An advantage for Wisconsin State Agencies is the fact that they have the ability to contract with UW Oshkosh's CCDET (another State organization) without having to go through the request for bid or proposal process. In addition, because CCDET staff members are government employees, they can perform services that some government agencies prohibit private agencies from performing.

CCDET also provides alternatives that support creative partnerships, including intra-agency agreements, grants, purchase orders and subcontracts.
