Information about Evaluations

For Students

Please read the information below before selecting the link to the evaluation.

The evaluation is brief and will take only 5 to 10 minutes.
Evaluation responses are anonymous; your name is not required.
There are no right or wrong answers. The evaluation focuses on the requirements of the training.
Complete an evaluation only once per topic.

Train the Trainer Students

The Train the Trainer classes are offered for staff wishing to qualify as CBRF instructors. If you are an employee, use the Class Evaluation above.

For Instructors

Employees who complete Standard Precautions, Fire Safety and Medication Administration and Management training are strongly encouraged to complete an on-line evaluation. Evaluations should be done as soon as possible after the training.

NOTE: Evaluations for First Aid and Choking training will be administered by American Red Cross instructors.

Instructors must provide students with the following information in writing:

name of the training
instructor's name
instructor's ID number
date of the training
link to the online evaluation.

The student will use this information to access and complete the evaluation. You may view the questions here.
