The UW Oshkosh Advantage | Our Titans are your next success story.

Through the university’s new University Studies Program (USP), students prepare for their futures with a focused and enhanced college experience featuring hands-on, active service learning and career-building opportunities. The nationally recognized USP demonstrates civic engagement, culture and sustainability as critical for success in local communities and the global economy.

At UW Oshkosh, our students thrive in moderate-sized classes with recognized, award-winning faculty who foster collaborative and experiential learning.

UW Oshkosh Career & Professional Development collaborates with hundreds of employers in the region and nationwide to provide students with valuable internships, career fairs, networking and development opportunities.

Our programs emphasize the career-ready skill sets employers need in today’s diverse working environment, including decision-making and problem solving, verbal communication, ability to obtain and process information and the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work (as outlined by research conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor and the National Association of Colleges and Employers).
