Andrew Ingebrigtson graduated from UW Oshkosh in 2011 with a BBA in HR Management.  In 2010, Andrew held an Interviewing Specialist position in which he phone screened 1000+ candidates and either rejected or recommended them for on-site interviews with a Fortune 50 company.  Andrew currently is a Technical Recruiter with IMPACT Engineering Solutions in Brookfield, Wisconsin.  As a full-cycle Technical Recruiter, Andrew is responsible for finding candidates through social media, job boards, applications, and networking, and interviewing candidates before submitting them to clients in the Milwaukee area.  He recruits for Technical (Engineering) and Professional (HR, Marketing, Finance, Management) positions and has placed candidates at several businesses in the Midwest, including a Fortune 500 company.   Andrew lives in Germantown, Wisconsin, with his wife, Brook (also a UW Oshkosh graduate), and two daughters.

Carlos is a Store Manager for Walmart, an employer Partner with the UW Oshkosh Career Services office.  He has over 15 years of hiring expereince in the retail industry.  Currently, carlos is also a student in the MSIS program at UW Oshkosh.
