2008 FALL CAREER FAIR ON THE FOX

2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

A bi-annual career fair, which is co-sponsored by UW Oshkosh Career Services and Fox Valley Technical College, is planned for Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the UW Oshkosh Kolf Sports Center between 2 and 6 p.m. This one-day career fair provides the following opportunities:

Connect with employers to learn about the following opportunities: full-time positions, internships, co-ops, and practicums

Explore educational opportunities available through technical, undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs

Distribute resumes to employers - bring plenty - copy service is NOT available at the job fair
Interview with an employer during the job fair

Students, alumni, and community members do not need to pre-register for the career fair. Bring plenty of resumes - copy service is not available at the fair. The public is also invited. Admission is FREE.

Professional Dress Preferred, Appropriate Dress Required

Handouts that include company descriptions and available job openings will be posted closer to the fair.

DIRECTIONS TO KOLF SPORTS CENTER FROM HIGHWAY 41: Take the Hwy. 21 exit and go east (right turn driving from the south; left turn driving from the north). Take Oshkosh Ave. (Hwy. 21) to High Street. Turn right onto High St (this is a one way street). Kolf Sports Center will be on your right just past Axle Tech.
