The Writing Center offers one-on-one peer tutoring for all phases of the writing process: writing tutors can help students develop ideas for an initial draft, discuss a variety of organizational strategies, or show them how to edit the final copy. Students come to the Writing Center voluntarily and can schedule up to two 50-minute appointments each week. Writing assistance is completely confidential unless students ask a tutor to provide their instructor with a brief email summarizing what was covered during the tutorial.
