Center for Academic Resources

Reading & Study Skills Center

Focused Programs and Customized Assistance

Staff members in the Reading & Study Skills Center provide credit courses in reading and study skills, support education majors preparing for the PPST exams, and meet individually with students who want to improve their approach to their classes. All students can receive help with improving their learning and test-taking strategies; students do not have to be enrolled in the Center's credit courses in order to learn how to manage their study time more efficiently, read and take notes more effectively, and prepare for exams.

For more information, check out the Reading/Study Center's website.

The Center for Academic Resources is funded by Differential Tuition: all of its services
are free for undergraduates at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
