Eligibility Requirements
Revised starting Fall 2013!
If you are a junior or senior and meet at least one of the following requirements, you may enroll in CAPP:
- Class rank in the top 25 percent
- GPA of 3.25 or above (on a 4.0 scale)
- ACT score of 24 or higher and one of the following:
- class rank in the top 50 percent
- GPA of 2.75 or above
CAPP students can take no more than 15 credits in a semester per UW Oshkosh policy (full year course credits count towards fall semester credits). Credit Overload Forms must be submitted by the student and approved by the high school guidance counselor and CAPP Director for taking more than 15 credits (apx. 4 courses). Forms can be requested from the CAPP Office.
Note: If a student is exceptional in a certain area in which he or she desires to take a CAPP course, but this student does not meet the above criteria, he or she may request participation as a CAPP student with recommendation of the adjunct instructor and the UW Oshkosh department liaison.
