CAPP Professional Development Program
The Cooperative Academic Partnership Program is committed to the on-going professional development of our adjunct faculty and the support of outstanding high school teachers who wish to become eligible to teach new or additional CAPP offerings in their schools.
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh has committed financial resources for this goal in two primary ways:
- Travel funds reimbursement. The CAPP Office encourages CAPP adjunct faculty professional growth through course related workshops, conferences and seminars. As a CAPP adjunct faculty member, you are eligible for up to $100.00 in travel funds per academic year.. Click here for the full policy and form. (Adobe Acrobat [.pdf] format.)
- The CAPP Professional Development Scholarship Program will reimburse students for up to 100% of the tuition for graduate courses taken at UW Oshkosh. The amount of the scholarship will take into consideration the un-funded needs of the student, the value to CAPP students in the high school, and the amount of money available in the scholarship program. First consideration will be given to teachers, whether adjuncts or not, who will be eligible to teach a new CAPP course after completing the requested course. Click here for the application.
