Audra Hoy, Director of AeroInnovate
Audra Hoy is a private pilot with more than ten years of marketing, business development, communication and events experience. Prior to joining AeroInnovate, she held the position of Chapter Relations Manager at Women in Aviation, International. Raised in a passionate aviation family, she has always been deeply involved in the aviation industry and strongly believes in continuing to move aviation forward.
Audra graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations/Advertising and a Bachelor of Arts in History.
She currently holds the position of president in the Oshkosh Chapter of Women in Aviation, International; sits on the board of the Miss Wisconsin Scholarship pageant; spent three years as co-chair for EAA’s Women Soar You Soar camp for teenage women interested in aviation careers; as well as other various volunteer roles in the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and the International Aerobatic Club (IAC).
As the Director of AeroInnovate & Aerospace/Aviation Initiatives, Audra will be responsible for leading our AeroInnovate program and developing and directing strategic and financial plans for all of our educational and economic development initiatives related to aviation.
Chad Kopitzke, Intern and Operations Manager
Chad's experience in team building and project management spans a wide spectrum of industries for more than 15 years, from finance to construction to professional baseball. He is a proud graduate of UW Oshkosh as well as a current student of the College of Business MBA program. Chad is committed to building strong business-to-business relationships for the benefit of the community and university. Chad's role at the Business Success Center involves all financial aspects as well as operations and student internship opportunities.
Mindie Boynton, Outreach Program Manager
Mindie is a native of Oshkosh who has a broad range of experience in media, community relations, sales and marketing. She is responsible for connecting businesses with University resources to provide value to students, faculty, the university and our community. She is passionate about the community and helping businesses achieve their goals.
Kim Biedermann, Outreach Program Manager
Kim has a diverse background ranging from environmental science to community and economic development. She is responsible for connecting organizations with campus resources, including overseeing the Survey Success Center. Kim is committed to providing solutions to organizations and creating strong partnerships with UW-Oshkosh, students, and the community.
