Meridith Jaeger, Interim Director
Meridith holds more than 17 years experience in communication, business development, student mentoring, and project and event management. She is committed to building mutually beneficial partnerships within the community and university. Meridith's role at the Business Success Center involves seeking new growth opportunities, assisting area organizations with fulfilling their vision for success, mentoring students and managing special projects such as AeroInnovate.
Outreach Program Manager
Mindie is a native of Oshkosh who has a broad range of experience in media, community relations, sales and marketing. She is responsible for connecting businesses with University resources to provide value to students, faculty, the university and our community. She is passionate about the community and helping businesses achieve their goals.
Julie Gniewek, Internship and Outreach Program Manager
Julie has over ten years of experience in student leadership and development. She is a collaborative professional committed to developing strong relationships to benefit both students and business partners. Julie holds a Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership & Quality and a Bachelor's in Psychology. Julie is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for students and the community to develop and achieve success. In her current position, she is responsible for connecting students and businesses with internship opportunities.
Danielle Juan, Program Associate
Danielle has over six years’ experience in financial services within the Fox Valley. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, and is eager to use her financial and customer service background to help students and businesses achieve success. Danielle is responsible for the Center's finances and daily operations, and also helps with the Survey Success Center. She is committed to helping provide university services to strengthen and provide solutions for the local community.
Carrie Rule, Outreach Program Manager
Carrie grew up in Oshkosh and is a proud alumna of UW Oshkosh. Her experience includes sales, marketing and economic development. She also serves on several local and regional boards and committees. Her passion is connecting people, businesses and organizations with the people and resources they need to be successful.
Steve Slocum, Director of AeroInnovate
Steve is a marketing and leadership professional with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit, healthcare, telecommunications industries. Slocum’s interest in aviation runs deep thanks to family involvement in the U.S.Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration and the Experimental Aircraft Association. He graduated from University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and from Concordia University – Wisconsin with a Master of Business Administration degree. As the director of AeroInnovate, Steve is responsible for leading the AeroInnovate business accelerator program and developing and directing strategic and financial plans for all of our educational and economic development initiatives related to aviation.
