Meridith Jaeger, Director - AeroInnovate & Aviation Initiatives

Meridith holds nearly 20 years experience in communication, business development, student mentoring, and project and event management. She is committed to building mutually beneficial partnerships within the community and university. Meridith's role at the Business Success Center involves seeking new growth opportunities, assisting area organizations with fulfilling their vision for success, mentoring students and managing special projects such as AeroInnovate.

Chad Kopitzke, Intern and Operations Manager

Chad's experience in team building and project management spans a wide spectrum of industries for more than 15 years, from finance to construction to professional baseball. He is a proud graduate of UW Oshkosh as well as a current student of the College of Business MBA program. Chad is committed to building strong business-to-business relationships for the benefit of the community and university. Chad's role at the Business Success Center involves all financial aspects as well as operations and student internship opportunities.
