Jess Kleier

Jess graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in January of 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources.  She then spent the next six years working in the Human Resources Department at UW Oshkosh before joining the Alumni Welcome and Conference Center team to help open the new facility. Jess manages the AWCC reservations systems, client billing system and the Campus Concierge area.

Outside of work, you can find Jess scanning tickets at the Timber Rattlers Games or standing near the Terrance Suites at Lambeau Field for the Green Bay Packers! Jessica is very excited for this new opportunity and being on the team that is now the front door to the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
 

Stephanie Lenz

Stephanie graduated from UW Oshkosh in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. As an undergraduate, she worked as a student employee in Reeve Memorial Union where she discovered her passion for event management. Upon graduation, she immediately joined the staff at the Alumni Welcome and Conference Center, where she currently works with the wedding clientele, manages the daily operations of the building and provides leadership to the student team.

Stephanie loves so many things about her job: mentoring her student employees, constantly learning new things from her co-workers and supervisor, and being a part of a team that works tirelessly to make the Alumni Welcome and Conference Center a success on campus and in the Oshkosh community.

Bailey Azarian ('15)

Bailey was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. After high school, Bailey moved to Oshkosh and attended UW Oshkosh. Bailey graduated in January of 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree, studying communication and journalism. Shortly after graduating, Bailey moved to the Twin Cities to work as the Special Events Coordinator for the Minnesota Restaurant, Lodging, Resort and Campground Associations. Bailey moved back to Oshkosh and joined the Alumni Welcome & Conference Center team in July 2016. She is responsible for coordinating events such as Commencement, Opening Day, Tent City, Honors & Awards Ceremony and a few others. Outside of work, Bailey will most likely be trying out new restaurants in the area, spending time with family/friends or walking her dog, Milo.
