Calendar/Timeline:

February 13
- Registration deadline. Mail registration form to be received by this date. Late registrations not accepted.
Feb 27 – Feb 28
- Drop off work at the Priebe Gallery, Arts and Communication Center.
- Drop-off times are: Friday 2/27 2:00-6:00 pm and Saturday 2/28, pm 9:00 am - Noon
- Bring completed Inventory and Labels for all artwork submitted.
- Lot #11 on the corner of Elmwood and Vine streets will be available for drop off. There also is a loading area located off Elmwood. Please note restricted parking areas. Driving on sidewalks is prohibited.
March 3
- Jury notification mailed to schools.
March 6
- Teachers may pick up work not accepted on Friday, 2-6 pm.
March 11
- Exhibit opens in Priebe Gallery,
April 2
- High School Art Day. Please pick up all remaining work on High School Art Day, after 12:30 pm.
