HSAD Schedule
The events of HSAD, April 27, will take place in Arts & Communication Building with registration occurring in the lobby by the Priebe Gallery as in the past.
| FRIDAY, April 27 | UWO High School Art Day (HSAD) |

| 8:30 -9:00 | High school art students and their teachers arrive at the UWO campus for registration in the Arts & Communication center lobby. They are given a building map and directed to specific critique rooms in which to 1) pin up or display their off-site artwork for the competition, 2) view the work from other high school students. Students and teachers snack on doughnuts, coffee, juice. |
| 9:00 - 10:45 | Students go to designated workshop rooms. Art Education majors teach workshops, each addressing a different media such as: printmaking, drawing, painting, ceramics, photography, art metals, digital arts, and sculpture. At the end of the workshop, students leave on-site artwork in the rooms and will pick the work up at the end of the HSAD. |
| 10:45 -11:00 | Break. Travel to critique rooms. |
| 11:00 - 12:00 | Students return to the critique rooms in which they deposited their off-site artwork for verbal and written feedback from UWO art faculty. |
| 12:00 - 12:15 | Break. Go to The Experimental Theater for Closing /Wrap Up. |
| 12:15 - 12:40 | Closing Statements. Information about the HSAD exhibition, awards, and closing reception at the Steinhilber Art Gallery. |
| 12:40 - 1:00 | Students pick up their off-site work in critique rooms and on-site projects from workshop studios. Goodbye and thank you for your participation. |
