What are you going to do on the fourth? I suppose something grand. I’m going on a high old bust and intend to have a grand time generally, if I don’t miss of it. There is going to be a grand celebration here, besides a dinner, and a ball in the evening, there has been $500 raised for fireworks. They are going to celebrate in Oshkosh, Appleton, and Green Bay .
