Collector, Elizabeth Maxwell-Garner, whose passion has made it possible to bring this magnificent collection to the Allen Priebe Gallery, will present her ideas about her investigation and findings. Please join us. 


Albrecht Dürer (1471-1528) is Germany’s most important artist and one of Europe’s most famous Renaissance stars. We invite you to join us for an evening of investigation and observation of Albrecht Dürer prints. Discover what the collector, Elizabeth Maxwell-Garner, says may be clues to his past. Conceive your own ideas and questions as to why Albrecht Dürer produced his astonishingly unusual iconography that has tantalized collectors and inspired historians and artists alike. Come and enjoy the sheer artistry and brilliance of Albrecht Dürer in this exhibition.
