Gruenhagen Conference Center invites University of Wisconsin Oshkosh alumni to utilize our conference center facility for lodging while you are back on campus for events, or in the Oshkosh area and needing reasonably priced accommodations.

Please contact our Gruenhagen Conference Center Front Desk at (920) 424-1106 to set up a reservation between the hours of 7 am and 12 midnight daily.

Our lodging rooms include internet access, and we also have wireless internet access in all floor lounges and common areas of our facility. Additionally, we now have a 25 work station computer resource center within Gruenhagen Conference Center, and also offer complimentary coffee from 7 am to 9 am.

When you contact our Front Desk to establish your reservation, please identify yourself as an alumni guest. Upon check-in you will receive a small gift on behalf of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh to welcome you back to campus!

Learning in Retirement (LIR)

LIR is an organization for all adults interested in continual learning. This organization was founded in fall 1997 and has hosted over 1,200 classroom offerings and more than 200 tours.For more information call (920) 424-1129.

60 Plus Auditors
Wisconsin residents (as defined by Wisconsin Statute 36.27(2)) who are 60 years of age or older (by the start of the semester/term) may audit classes for free, on a space available basis, in courses that are open to auditors and special students.

Auditors must complete the University Special Student Auditor – 60 Plus Application and obtain the instructor’s signature no earlier than the first day of class but no later than the course-add deadlines. Submit the completed and signed University Special Student Auditor – 60 Plus Application to the Admissions Office (800 Algoma Boulevard, Dempsey 135) starting on the first day of the term or no later than the course-add deadline.

Alumni are eligible to use the Albee pool when a valid Titan Affiliate ID card (may be obtained at Titan Central), is presented and an annual membership is purchased for $25 at the Student Rec and Wellness Center. Learn more.

Register for an alumni UW Oshkosh Polk Library card at the first floor circulation desk with your driver's license or other photo ID that includes a home address. Your card will be processed within 10 minutes and will give you the ability to:
