Craig Culver, 1973

Biology major, Culver decided to go into restaurant business, where he had been working since 1961. He is president of Culver Franchising Systems, Inc. He started Culver's Frozen Custard Restaurant, one of the fastest growing restaurants in the United States. Culver restaurants are primarily in the Midwest, including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Iowa, although they also have restaurants in South Dakota, Missouri, Nebraska and Texas.
David Forman, 1973
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Radio/Television/Film major, Forman worked in radio in Milwaukee and in television in Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Wausau. In 1984, Forman was hired as managing editor at Westinghouse Broadcasting in Philadelphia, Later, he decided to free-lance, working for CBS and CNN, which led to his full-time job at NBC as desk editor / news producer.
Joan Lloyd, 1976

Education major, social science minor, Lloyd is a book author, syndicated columnist, consultant, speaker, and business owner. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and middle school counselor, which led her into training and consulting in the corporate world. Today she has six employees and her company offers everything from human resource services, to interviewing to retention strategy and more.

James Hayes, 1969
Appleton, Wisconsin
Sociology major, Hayes later went on to receive his doctoral and master's degrees in social psychology. He taught at Central Michigan University for three years, then returned to the Fox River Valley where his father offered him a sales position in the family business, Hayes Manufacturing Group Inc. He is currently the president and chief executive officer of Hayes Manufacturing. He also holds the director's position on nine boards and routinely teaches Business courses.

Michael Ellis, 1965
Neenah, Wisconsin
Secondary education major, political science minor, Ellis taught history and economics for several years at St. Mary's High School in Menasha before making an occupation shift from teaching to politics. He has served in the Wisconsin State Senate and currently holds the position as Senate Minority Leader. His assignments over the years have included such areas as employment relations, information policy and urban affairs.
