The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh's annual Social Justice Week will be held April 14–18, 2014.
The theme for Social Justice Week 2014 is Raising Consciousness: Building Community
The keynote speaker for this year's Social Justice Week is Dr. Bryant T. Marks. He will be speaking in SAGE 1214 from 5:30PM-7PM on Wednesday, April 16. Dr. Bryant T. Marks is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Morehouse College and Director of the Morehouse Male Initiative, whose mission is to identify factors that foster the affirmative personal and academic development of Black males. He holds a B.A. in psychology and a minor in economics from Morehouse College, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan.
