The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential service designed to help you resolve personal or workplace problems affecting your job performance and/or personal well being. If in the course of counseling you decide to report the harassment, EAP will refer you to a Equity & Affirmative Action Council member to do so. The EAP is not a reporting agency. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our program and your use of EAP is strictly confidential within the limits of state and federal regulations. Your job security and promotional opportunities will not be jeopardized due to involvement in the employee assistance program.

We offer all employees information, consultation, support and counseling on topics such as anger management, handling conflict, leadership, stress management, interpersonal communication, and skill building in organization and decision making issues. If you have questions about how EAP can be of help to you call Ann Malain (920) 424-2061.
