Thank you to the student interns of the American Democracy Project for bringing this forum to life. Your hard work and dedication to open dialogue provided us with a great opportunity to engage with the people who are making decisions about our future as a university. I hope that we will keep the dialogue going as we problem solve together to preserve quality and to grow our university in the future. Please feel free to share your substantive ideas in this discussion board sponsored by ADP.

I would like to thank the participants. The County Execs who provide the services that we all expect of government have a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to having them back on campus to talk about how potential cuts being considered may affect those services. Gordon Hintz is a legislator who has gotten his feet wet on all sorts of issues in the last 4 years and talks with authority and compassion. Michelle Litjens and Jeremy Thiesfeldt are just getting started in state politics, but I want to thank them for considering public service and wish them the best of luck as they navigate their way through the intricacies of state government. Thanks to all!
