Renewable up to four years provided that the recipient maintains a 3.3 GPA (4.0 scale) and one of these approved majors: Business, Mathematics (Applied/Actuarial emphasis) or Computer Science.

Rank in the top 15% of graduating class
Must have submitted ACT or SAT scores
Must have had significant leadership experience
Must major in Business, Mathematics (Applied/Actuarial emphasis) or Computer Science
Submit an essay on one of the following topics: (1) How do I know I am a leader? (2) Leadership in a changing society or (3) A leader or role model for me.
Submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor
