Michele Lipschultz Scholarship

This scholarship was established to recognize and celebrate Michele’s success in overcoming adversity to pursue her dreams. Michele’s childhood was difficult; raised by her widowed mother, she struggled with poverty and homelessness. Michele’s dream was to beat the odds and graduate from college. Through hard work and determination, she graduated from UW Oshkosh in 1996 with a double major in marketing and finance. Years later, after marrying and having two children, while working full time, she returned to school and graduated from UW Oshkosh with an MBA in 2008.

Michele’s perseverance, hard work and willingness to do whatever it took to realize her dreams is a great example for everyone. This scholarship is to honor Michele and help other young women beat the odds and make their dreams come true as well.
