Lucille V. & Ray J. Tack Scholarships

Competition open only to Spencer High School Graduates, Spencer, WI. Established in 1992 by Lucille Tack of Spencer, WI. Mrs. Tack graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1923 and founded this scholarship to encourage students from the Spencer School District to attend UW Oshkosh.
