Requirements

• Must be admitted to UW Oshkosh

• Must be an entering freshman

• Must submit two letters of recommendation; one from a speech/communication teacher and one from another person who can address your speech/communication ability

• Must have been involved in debate/communication activities

• Must submit a statement about your qualifications for this scholarship and a summary of your speech/communication activities

• Must attach a copy of your high school transcript

• Recipients must participate in debate and/or major speech communication
