Step 5: Transfer Advising
Upon receipt of your $100 tuition deposit you will be eligible to meet with an academic adviser in the Undergraduate Advising Resource Center (UARC). Your first appointment will be approximately two hours in length and cover basic resources at UW Oshkosh, how your credits transferred and apply to your selected degree and major, and your academic plan for the upcoming semester.
Spring 2014 Transfer Students: Please visit this page to sign up for your advising appointment.
Fall 2014 Transfer Students: Registration for Fall 2014 will not begin until the Spring semester is underway. Information about how and when to schedule your advising appointment will be provided at a later date (watch for an email this January).
If you would like to change your major prior to your appointment you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your full name, student ID and the new major you have selected.
