On-Line AirFare

As of November 30, 2009, Concur has replaced Travelport as Fox World Travel’s on line booking tool. The use of Concur is mandated by the State when booking airfares on line. Lodging and car rental may also be arranged through Concur but is not mandatory to do so.

Concur may be accessed at: http://portals.foxworldtravel.com/University . New users will need to establish a profile before any flights can be arranged. To establish a profile contact Accounts Payable / Travel at 424-0837 or email aptravel@uwosh.edu and the link to the Concur Self-registration & Profile build instructions will be emailed to you. 

A new user will also need to have been issued a Corporate Travel Credit Card before establishing a profile. 

NOTE:

If a cheaper fare is found at a site other than Concur it may be purchases. However, a print out of the Concur options will need to accompany the reimbursement request as justification for not booking with Concur. 

Orbitz is considered an unauthorized vendor and should be avoided. 

It is not mandatory to book on line. However, it is mandatory to involve Concur if airfare is booked on line. A brick and mortar agency may still be used, it is especially recommended if foreign travel is involved.
