Postcards paid at the card rate under DMM C100 are returned only if a return address is placed in the upper left corner of the address area or the upper left corner of the postcard, as appropriate. If no return address appears as described, then UAA postcards, paid at the card rate are not returnable, and are disposed of by the USPS.
