Campus Mail
On Campus Mail Policies
All materials must be clearly identified as to origination, not only by office or organization, if such is involved, but also by individual(s), officer(s), or spokesperson(s) responsible for circulation.
Materials originating with student organizations not officially recognized by the university must bear the signature of a member of the faculty or administration who will bear responsibility for them.
Campus Mail
Campus mail is generated on campus to be delivered to another campus mail stop/ department. There is currently no charge for this service. Interdepartmental mail routes have been designed to provide delivery within 24 hours. The Business Success Center is currently considered a campus mail stop. Please be sure to clearly specify the UW Credit Union in Reeve Union and the UW-Oshkosh Credit Union at 90 Wisconsin Street as the UW-Oshkosh Credit Union no longer has a branch in Reeve Union. For a list of mail stops, please click here. To search for a particular person, please use the online directory.
General Distribution Mailings
General distribution materials are flyers or brochures that are not individually addressed and are presented to Postal Services grouped by department counts we supply. There is currently an All Employee Distribution and a Faculty/ Academic Staff Distribution list. Material printed at Document Services may be requested as a campus distribution at the time of printing. Be sure to notify a member of Document Services that you would like it prepared as a distribution mailing. As materials must be clearly identified as to origination, not only by office or organization, if involved, but also by individual(s), officer(s), or spokeperson(s) responsible for circulation.
