Mail Code

A mail code is used to charge postage, printing, and copy charges directly to your grant.

To set one up, contact Barry Gauthier gauthier@uwosh.edu via email with your name, title, dates your grant runs, and the department number given to you at the Start-up meeting.

He will get back to you with a mail code assigned to your specific grant, and you will then use this mail code number on all your grant mail, and any time you send printing and copying jobs to be done for your grant.

If your department paid for any of these charges and you need to move them to your grant account, a TTR form will need to be completed, signed, and sent to your grant Accountant. It is highly desired to use the mail code, and not your department account.
