Financial Reports All financial reports are to be done by your grant accountant. If you receive any such financial forms, they are to be forwarded to your grant accountant. It is very important that if you receive any forms, or information regarding the filing of such reports, that you forward it immediately to your grant accountant. In many cases you will be the only one to receive such documents, and it is extremely important that they be forwarded on to Financial Services. These forms must also be signed by our authorized University Representative, Tom Sonnleitner, Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services. Your accountant will see to it that the forms are completed, signed by Tom, and sent to the funding agency on a timely basis. These reports are also how we receive our money for your grant. When financial reports are filed, this is what the funding agency uses to reimburse us for your grant expenditures. Failure to file timely reports will result in no reimbursement.
