Secondary Content Tests

Praxis II scores are sent to you electronically. It is your responsibility to submit your scores to the Center.

PRAXIS II

The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction requires all individuals who apply for an initial license after August 2004 to complete the Praxis II content exam(s) for their area(s) of licensure. UW Oshkosh requires passing scores on the Praxis II content exam(s). 

Please refer to your Acceptance Letter for the specific test(s) required for your additional licensure.

American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL)

Foreign Language Majors and Minors are required to take the ACTFL tests for Teacher Licensure.

Language Testing International (LTI) administers these tests.

Please visit the LTI website at www.languagetesting.com for helpful information about these tests.  DO NOT SCHEDULE THESE TESTS ON YOUR OWN. 

Contact Mr. Duane Goupell in the Testing Center in Polk Library to complete the application forms and schedule your tests.
