License Application

The DPI is no longer accepting paper applications.

After you have successfully completed all Program requirements, your application for a new INITIAL educator license must be submitted through the Department of Public Instruction's  EDUCATOR LICENSING ONLINE (ELO). (view this link for important general instructions, application type availability time line, and link to the actual application).

The Center's responsibility in this process is to

1.  submit, to the DPI, the documentation of your successful completion of all program requirements.

    • No license will be processed without the Center's verification of completion.

2.  send you a final email detailing information important to the licensing process.

    • Once you receive this email, you may apply for your new initial license via this link to the ELO.
