License Application

IMPORTANT

The DPI is no longer accepting paper applications.

After you have successfully completed all Program requirements, your application for a new initial educator license MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION'S ELECTRONIC LICENSING PROCESS. The first date for electronic application is currently set for January 15, 2014.

The Center's responsibility in this process will be to submit, to the DPI, the documentation of your successful completion of all program requirements. No license will be processed without the Center's verification of completion.

We will update our site as we learn more about the process.

For more information, please refer to the DPI website at: http://tepdl.dpi.wi.gov/licensing/elo
